Fate of ETH and MBL in the non-Hermitian regime Takahiro Orito Hiroshima U. In a Hermitian random system, two characteristic situations: ETH (eigenstate thermalization hypothesis) and MBL (many-body localization) realize as a consequence of the competition of disorder vs. interparticle interaction. Here, we discuss fate of these characteristic phases in a non-Hermitian system, especially from the viewpoint of its dynamics.
