Workshop Series on Non-Hermitian Quantum Mechanics in IIS-Chiba

Non-Hermitian quantum mechanics have been studied on and off for the last three decades, but the surge of interest in the last couple of years is truly remarkable. Particularly in Japan, many studies is springing up like mashrooms after rain. It is crucial for researchers to communicate with each other frequently and intensively. The present workshop series will provide the best opoportunity.

　If so, the title and a short abstract of the presentation

You are welcome to attend without sending me an e-mail, but I would appreciate telling me beforehand in order for me to estimate the number of people at the party. The attendance itself is free, but we may ask you to pay about 1000 yen for the drinks at the party.

Accommodation

Please find a place to stay by yourself. The most conveninet hotel, in front of which the shuttle bus stop to the campus is located, is
the Mitsui Garden Hotel Kashiwa-no-ha.
Cheaper options are
Hotel Sun Aok Kashiwa-no-ha
and
Hotel Del Prado.

Wireless connection

For those who do have an eduroam account or a UTokyo-Wifi account, both are available everywhere in the building.
